As part of the weekly commitment and fieldwork exercise, one may be asked to participate in what I call the “Empowerment Growth Process” or EGP. This process may include, however not limited to, journaling, meditation and or guided imagery, relaxation techniques, daily affirmations and inspirational readings. What you put into the process, you will ultimately get out of the process.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes completed over the phone or in person, depending on location. Most clients meet for a span of 3 months. However, there are packages that may best benefit you.
